ExpiredMastermind: Leverage your industry partners to stay up to speed with your clients and prospects

During 2020, the retirement plans and benefits professionals faced many changing rules and regulations. The SECURE ACT passed at the very end of 2019 and brought many changes to retirement plan regulation. In March 2020, the CARES Act passed to combat many challenges faced by COVID-19. Since then, a plethora of regulations followed. Is it possible to know all of these rules and regulations? NO! By leveraging your partners and their expertise, you can bring valuable insights to your clients and prospects as the rules and regulations continue to change at a rapid pace. Join Bonnie Treichel, JD, for a session where you will learn:

  • Recent rules and regulations impacting the retirement plan and benefits community including the SECURE Act and CARES Act
  • Proposed legislation that may continue to create changes for our clients and prospects
  • How to leverage your partners to understand the rules/regulations and bring that value to your clients and prospects
